PROCESS
Preliminary Delivery Assessment
Whether you own land or are still looking, we’ll send out our team to advise you on the benefits and challenges of each site and how best to deliver your home based on an in- depth site review.
Conceptual Design
Your Hus team will work with you to review your budget and finalize your layout to create conceptual plans. Based on these plans, we can provide a project estimate and timeline.
Planning Research
Your Hus team will verify the feasibility of your project so it’s designed and built to meet local requirements.
Design
Once you’ve made your final choices, the team will provide final drawings which include your Hus home sited on your land and any additional design elements.
Factory Built
Because the process is not held up by the elements, your home is built in less time, with less waste, than traditional site-built homes.
Our goal is to deliver as complete a building as we can, we construct 90% of the building in the factory – installing everything from external cladding, windows and doors, electrics, plumbing kitchen units and more.
Site Prep
While your home is being built in the factory, our team works with nominated contractors to prepare thesite. From excavation and grading to foundation work and services, our land preperation process can be twice as fast as a conventional build.
Delivery
When the building is finished in the factory we’ll deliver and install the building in one day. There is still some additional work required to complete the installation which should take no more than a couple of weeks. All without any disruption to you or your family.
